Mr Racquets is an Authorised Dealer so every product you purchase will be covered by each manufacturer’s individual warranty.

Mr Racquets Return Policy

Manufacturer’s guarantee their products with Warranties that usually cover the product for 12 months from the date of purchase. Each Manufacturer’s warranty should be read in full by the purchaser prior to returning the product to make sure the fault falls within the Manufacturer’s terms & conditions for return.

Here’s the step by step procedure for the return of goods.

1. Read the manufacturer’s warranty details that you should receive with your original purchase & make sure the fault falls under the Terms & Conditions of the Warranty.

2. Parcel your racquet up safe & secure & send back to us with a description of the fault.

3. Upon arrival of your racquet we’ll alert the manufacturer on your behalf & convey your concerns. Just like all retail suppliers & outlets we aren’t the decision makers in the return of goods under Manufacturer’s warranties. It’s always in the interest of Mr Racquets to get the best possible outcome for our customers but it’s solely up to the manufacturer to determine outcomes on returned stock.

4. If the manufacturer determines that the fault with your racquet falls under their warranty terms then they will request us to send a new racquet onto you.

Mr Racquets Delivery Policy

All ‘Frame Only’ or ‘Factory Strung’ racquets will be processed straight away for delivery.

All racquets that have been ordered with specific stringing requirements will be strung and ready for delivery within 24hrs in most cases.

If Mr Racquets is out of stock of an item you’ve purchased we will attempt to order the stock straight away resulting in 2 scenarios

1. If the manufacturer’s make the stock available straight away Mr Racquets will wait the usual 2-4 days for more supply then send to you upon arrival.

2. If the stock is not made available by the manufacturer then Mr Racquets will contact you straight away for confirmation on what you would like to do i.e. keep on backorder or cancel.
